We require 24 hours' notice to prepare for your move.
Contact and Coordination
We receive your request and initial information, determine the appropriate vehicle type, and within one hour prepare the optimal route and pricing. We then review all details with you and finalize the agreement by signing a contract.
Loading
We pick up the cargo on the agreed date at Point A, assist with packing if needed, and organize loading and unloading services. We securely fasten the cargo in the vehicle.
Payment
We can accept payment in any convenient form for you (bank transfer / bank card). You will be provided with an official cargo receipt document — a CMR consignment note.
Delivery
We deliver your belongings according to the agreed terms and deadlines. At this stage, we also assist with organizing loading and unloading operations.
Manual handling and loading
We offer professional movers for your relocation, arranged in advance with a manager. Our specialists will ensure careful loading or unloading of your belongings, minimizing the risk of damage.

The driver is responsible for the safe placement of cargo in the vehicle and its security during transportation, but they are not a loader. If you need assistance with lifting and carrying items, we provide loading services separately. Please inform the manager in advance.

Yes, we have warehouse facilities in Warsaw, Berlin, and Prague. The availability of storage depends on your route. This service is charged separately and is calculated based on the volume of your belongings and the storage period.
We try to plan the route so that you arrive at the destination at the same time as your cargo. However, if circumstances change and you are unable to meet the vehicle on time, the driver may wait. Please note that vehicle downtime is charged additionally.
